Use up to 2 times a day on the entire back & body to fight acne and prevent future breakouts. The bar of soap contains small granules of pumice which can be too coarse to apply directly onto the skin. Lather the soap into a body scrubber of your choice first for the perfect level of exfoliation.

As a kid i had to go on Accutane, i didn't want to repeat the experience. I was really hoping it would make a difference, but for me i can see no difference.I had to start taking testosterone shots as i got older, and the Acne and skin oil ramped up again. I will keep using the entire bar, in hopes i just need more time. Sure hope it can help others.
Hey Joe! Appreciate the feedback whether good or bad. It usually takes at least 3 weeks of consistent use and sometimes even 2-3 months of consistent use to really notice a difference. The other thing I would really emphasize to do with it is drink at least your body weight in ounces of water a day at the minimum. Wihout your body naturally detoxifying itself from the inside then the topical treatment can't fully solve a deeper rooted immunity or gut issue.

Take it from me, I’m a licensed cosmologist of nearly 20 years and have experienced all kinds of aversions to different soaps and such from extreme exposure. This is a gentle yet great cleanser that not only invigorates you, the soap actually smells like mint thins, but I don’t experience rebound reactions. Highly recommend if you have sensitive skin!

Great product, I love that it is all organic and made in the US. I have seen an improvement in acne on my back and in my Keratosis Psoriasis as well! The soap is very exfoliating, especially if you ignore the recommendations and just scrub up with the bar directly on your skin. It’s also great for a pre-shave exfoliation, just make sure to rinse off and use a normal soap or shaving cream because the pumice in the soap will shorten the life of your razor. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to use this product.
